¿How can I place an order?

 

You can do it through our website. Just clicking in your desired product(s) and then adding them to your bag. Then, just follow the instructions in order to proceed to the payment.

 

We accept payments with Visa or Mastercard, Paypal or a bank transfer.

 

However, if you are facing any difficulties, send us an email to bonjour@lapluieestbelge.com and we will get back to you immediately.

 

Delivery

 

We offer standard shipping to several European and non-European countries. 

 

For other non-listed countries, send us an email to bonjour@lapluieestbelge.com

 

We are committed to dispatch all orders within 72 hours. For customized orders this delay may be a little bit longer.

 

We rely on a professional delivery company to deliver your orders. 

 

Delivery time to Europe is between 3 to 10 days. These estimated delivery times are to be taken as informative. All orders shipped with tracking require a signature upon receipt. Once the parcel has left our facility it won’t be able to redirect it to another address.

Returns

 

Your satisfaction is our priority.

 

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, simply return us the item to the adress specified in your invoice in its original packaging and unbroken tags&labels within 14 days of receipt.

 

Purchases will be refunded within 30 calendar days of receiving returns in good time, provided  all conditions as specified above have been strictly complied with. Under no circumstances can the amount repaid ever exceed what the customer actually paid.

 

The costs and risks involved in returns will be borne by the customer.

 

Such refunds will be made as follows:

 

If a customer has paid for their order by credit card, having examined the products returned, the customer will be credited, less the sums due or the sales vouchers or discounts used to pay for the order.

 

The Customer will be refunded in accordance with the procedures agreed with the bank which issued the card. If the Customer paid for their order by some other form of payment, the refund will be made by being credited to the bank account number they stated on the return voucher.
